Network Support Groups for Writers with Midge Raymond, Tamara Sellman, Jennifer Culkin and Janna Cawrse Esarey on Saturday, May 22, 11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Join me along with Tamara Kaye Sellman, Midge Raymond and Janna Cawrse Esarey for this panel discussion as Hugo House hosts its first writers' conference, Finding Your Readers in the 21st Century. We will discuss regular writing groups which meet, not to critique manuscripts or hone craft, but to navigate together the submission and marketing challenges for work that's ready for prime time. This includes short-form submissions (stories, poems, essays) and long-form submissions (book-length memoir, prose collections, poetry collections, novels). You will learn the 5Ws of starting your own writer's marketing group, so you can tackle the often frustrating world of publishing.
